An elegant blend consisting of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot. Grapes are hand-picked then gently transferred by gravity to ferment in stainless steel and cement vessels. The wine matures for three years in a selection of oak barrels, foudres, and cement tanks, building depth and harmony. Cold soaking and extended maceration reveal layered notes of dark fruit, graphite, and spice, framed by a fine, seamless texture. A wine of poise, depth, and lasting elegance.
